This is RCME's database of setups submitted by modelflyers know to give good results

Another good sources is http://www.4-max.co.uk/recommended-setups.htm which have recommended setups for popular models as well Tony Nijhuis Models http://www.4-max.co.uk/tn-designs.htm I have two of Tony's and they are very good.
